Theotis Robinson III has spent 20+ years in Customer Service and Technical Support specializing in providing personal computer services, one-on-one tutoring, as well as system troubleshooting, upgrades and repair services.

Individually, they have learned a great deal about efficient ways to use computers and popular software and have had decades of experience as professional trainers.
