INITIAL VISIT - 2 HOURS FOR $65
For $65, we will come to your home and spend 2 hours doing one or all of the following:

Teach you how to navigate Microsoft Windows® (any version) - That really means: Teach you how to use your computer.

Teach you how to use your software programs (Some exceptions apply - We don’t know how to use every program on the face of the earth.)

Help you configure your computer and get it up-to-date so that fewer "problems" occur (and you know what computer "problems" are, don’t you?)

Assess your computer setup and tell you what you need to do to help you accomplish your goals for your computer. (We are not affiliated in any way with any specific vendor or brand of computer hardware of software, so this is not a gimmick to get you to buy a computer or some software.)

Make sure your computer is protected from hackers and viruses.

Remove any viruses now infecting your computer.

Help you set up a home network (wired and wireless).

Answer any questions you have about your computer setup and/or software. If we don’t know, we’ll find out and call you with the answer.

Pricing: Initial visit (one per customer) - $65 for a 2-hour session. After the initial session, if you want more time, tell us what you want to do and we'll give you a price.

My name is Kelley Massey and my associate is Theotis Robinson III. I have been a computer consultant for over 30 years and have worked with Microsoft products since before the inception of Windows®. Theo has been fixing and configuring PC's and Mac's for 20 years.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any hardware upgrades, software installation or computer repair work done by us on your computer is subject to Tennessee sales tax. Training and consulting are not. If any taxable work is done by us on your computer, it will be noted on your bill and you will be charged for the additional sales tax.
Here's the way the service works:

I will call you back, ask you some questions about you what you want to accomplish, answer any questions you have about the service and set up an appointment time.

When Theo or I come to your house, we will spend 2 hours training, solving problems and discussing or answering questions related to your computer. At the end of two hours, we will give you a bill and expect payment by cash or check. The guarantee is: If you are not satisfied you got your money's worth, you don't pay a dime.

If you want more time, we will stay longer if we do not have another appointment. Otherwise, we will schedule another session. Additional hours are $65 each unless otherwise agreed.

If you have a question to which we do not know the answer, we will call or email you with the answer once we have researched the issue. There will be no additional charge for our research unless we have both agreed to the charges beforehand.
Why am I doing this?
When doctors go to parties, people continually ask them medical questions about this or that pain, or this or that treatment. It's kind of like that for me. When people find out that I have been in the computer industry for over 30 years, many times they ask me questions about their computers. Why do I get kicked off the Internet all the time? Why does my computer just "lock up"? Do I need a new computer? Why has my computer gotten soooooooo slow? These are just a few of the questions. (I never mind answering these questions or giving advice.)
I have long since realized it can be frustrating getting a computer to do what you want. It is my goal to provide a service to people in the Knoxville,

Loudon, Farragut and surrounding area aimed at relieving this frustration that too often accompanies using a computer. I want to help people get what they want from their computers instead of spouting 4-letter words at them. I have a lot of experience with computers and at times in my career, I have been a professional trainer (as well as lots of other things). I can help you and your computer become friends!
